I had a flat tire and noticed the entire valve stem was missing on my 2010 Jeep Liberty. Paul (the desk man and self-proclaimed "manager") told me I was missing the tire pressure sensor (~$100 part) and that it would have to be installed and then re-synced up to my cars computer. I told Paul all I wanted was a replacement valve stem and we could skip the pressure sensor cause it's an unnecessary part.
Terrible!
I will never be returning to this business or recommending this business to anyone I know. Paul's terrible customer service lost a current and potential future customer.
I showed up 45 min later and my tire was sitting outside the front door. Paul was standing there and told me they don't want my business.
Maryland inspection - quick, reasonable, and passed without trying to sell me things my vehicle doesn't need. Two other places I went to were trying to get me to pay over $1k for brake job I did recently... A honest shop that I would recommend to anyone. Bravo guys!

Low and behold, I got a phone call saying they went ahead and installed the pressure sensor, valve stem, and remounted the tire contrary to my instruction. I called back and reiterated that I didn't ask for the pressure sensor, so Paul HUNG UP on me. I called back and Paul said they would take the tire apart and give it back to me as I brought it in and hung up on me AGAIN!
