Called two weeks ago for a quote to replaceable the Windows and door in a sunroom. Never heard back. Called a week later and was able to get someone out to take measurements and they were to send me a quote. It's been over a week and nothing, guess they don't want the business...
Absolutely awful front desk representative today (Oct 6 2017). Sorry to inconvenience you with our business; the same falling limb that cracked the windshield in our SUV managed to hit both cars in the driveway. We are en route to Salisbury to have real professionals fix our cars and take our money.
We had someone out to measure and give us an estimate for a slider door over a week ago and no one ever called us back...terrible customer service.
Install crew very good and knowledgeable. Worked straight through until they got the job done. It was going to rain and get windy. Professional great service.
