I really like this place. All the employees were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The one lady who assisted us, Brittany, was very nice, personable and accommodating. She seemed very comfortable and a natural with the animals. I came there a little anxious but was made to feel so at ease. They took great care of my sick dog during and after his visit. Their prices aren't too bad, being their service was efficient and of such good quality. (They also trimmed his nails for free!). I'm recommending this place to everyone I know and I will definitely take my furry kids here again. 5+ stars!
Very high priced!!!! The staff is great, but it's just not affordable compared to other vets in the area.
Very nice people, I found prices to be within in or below what I expected for the services I needed for my pet.
The staff were very nice but we walked out with a big bill and no answers. I took my beagle/lab mix in because we thought she may be pregnant (she is 3 and we adopted her from a shelter November first). Anyways we get the free first visit and after about 4 X-rays and the vet feeling her stomach she could not tell me if my dog was pregnant. She told me she did not know even though our dog is lactating! She also couldn’t tell me if my dog had been spayed or not.. (just Incase this was a pseudo pregnancy) and to top it all off we left with antibiotics for something in her lungs that she could not give me a definite answer to what it was. I feel as if I walked out knowing less then when we went in. We were told to wait and see what happens. So the things we learned today are that my dog may or may not be pregnant, may or may not even have a uterus, and may or may not have have a lung infection. I will NOT return.
Love VCA. They saved our Jack Russels life 2 years ago. We still go there for all her needs and grooming/boarding and highly recommend.
