What a nice place to take my new lab, They are very nice group of people,my dog did not want to go in they met him at the door and he ran right in. Sarah was really great, They are very reasonable on their price. Nice to a good place to go now.

Love front desk staff, very polite and professional. Female doctor is very caring towards the animals and she is very easy to talk to and seems like she really knows what she's talking about.

They were excellent with my hostile boxer that bad an amputated toe! Everyone was great. Love the layout so a hostile dog doesn't have to walk past people. Very caring and compassionate employees

I just have to say how rude the office staff is with their customers. It seems their main concern is money and not the well being of their customers. I brought my puppy and cat to Atlantic Veternarian Hospital in February. My puppy needed everything...all shots, deformed, neutered, etc....boy oh boy was that expensive but I felt confident he received excellent care. I dropped off records for my cat on the first puppy visit. Since then I believed my cat was current on all vaccinations, but that is not true. I currently received notification from a former vet that she was past due on her feline leukemia shot. When I questioned Kim she told me they don't have time to add my cats information into the computer until her first visit. Well if it's not entered into the computer how am I to know when shots and check ups are needed? Nobody told me I needed to schedule an initial visit, but I was told her information would be entered into the system and I would be notified of upcoming visits. So if it was not for my former vet, I would have no idea my cat was late on a shot...and a very important shot!! I also ordered Nexgard and Heartguard from 800petmeds to save money. When I asked Kim to fax the prescription to them she said she doesn't have time to do that because she doesn't work for Petmeds. She did say they could call her and again, if she had time, she could ok the prescription and proceeded to tell they would price match Petmeds. So if you can price match why charge your customers a ridiculous amount of money if it can be offered at a lower price? Her entire demeanor was completely unprofessional. The front desk is the first impression of how a facility is ran and what they represent. Well I can say, Kim is a horrible first impression for a business. There are plenty of vets in the area, and I for one will be going elsewhere. Please note I am not discrediting the vet techs and/or the vets themselves, but they really need to make the interviewing process a bit more strict. First impressions go a long way. Very disappointed!
