Great experience
I've been out twice with these guys on the Wildlife Tour. They do a great job and are really a lot of fun to go out with. The trips are scenic, informative, and great for people of all ages. No prior kayaking experience is required - they'll teach you everything you need to know. Kids and adults will love exploring the bay behind Assateague and catching and learning about the wildlife in the area!
Stopped in for ice because I camped in the Bayside grounds. 8 pound bag for 3 bucks plus taxes (of course). Nice people there. OH, they're not open 7 days a week like the hours say. Memorial day through Labor day they are, otherwise, Saturday & Sunday only.
It's a beautiful park.
Great shop when visiting assateague island. Kayak and bicycle rentals at a decent rate.
