Absolute worst car-buying experience I've ever had! Not only did my salesman, Dan Jones, tell me he wanted to run people over with his car that were holding up signs down the highway supporting President Trump, but his "play on words" cost me about $4,000 extra on my vehicle. After being talked down to by the salesman and the manager, Brandon, neither took my concerns seriously. The dealership refused to change my address after multiple times telling them it was not correct, causing me to not receive my registration sticker, title, or payment coupon book - which nearly made me delinquent on my first payment. I was told "all service" on my vehicle has to been done at their dealership only, yet they fail to provide me with any documentation stating that. I have asked multiple times for documentation of work they completed on my vehicle, but they adamantly refuse to do so. This dealership has zero customer service skills, zero integrity, and zero cares about its customers after the deal is made.
Worst customer service and to forceful when selling. No one wants to feel like valture are hovering!
We had a nail in our tire while on vacation and the Jeep technicians took care of us with a smile in about 2 minutes flat. Great service people and can do attitudes :)

I've never driven a Chrysler that wasn't total garbage. I guess the dealerships are no different. These clowns tried to pull a bait and switch on my dad today. When he walked out (swearing, as I would expect him to do for even thinking about buying a Dodge), the manager (Brian) tried to pick a fight with him in the parking lot. Being dumb enough to try to fight a customer in your parking lot is to be expected though. I mean, you're a manager at a Chrysler dealership. Next time I'm in Maryland, maybe me and Brian can get together and have a chat about customer service. Save your money and don't buy garbage from idiots.
