Meh, it's a car lot. I was able to get a deal I can live with out of there. Lousy warranty support.
I was very pleased with the buying process in Aug 2016. But EVERYTIME I have used their service dept it has been an awful experience!
It's time to retrain most of you techs on the basics and train your your front end staff on the meaning of costumer service. (Costumer service 101: you have two tech that arent there for whatever reason you let the customer know that it will be a longer than usual wait, instead of trying to sell something they have said no to twice)
They were great in keeping in contact with me. I was having issues with getting a rental car and spending close to $100 ubering back and forth to work every day. Ms. Amy really helped in making sure my car got done as quick as possible. Thank you to everyone there who helped my baby feel better (the car)!!!
I purchased a 2013 vehicle from here. The sales process was excellent. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. After I purchased the vehicle I noticed a few cosmetic issues (nothing major, nothing very expensive) that the manager had failed to notice upon his own inspection (his words) when they recieved the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in and showed them the issues. I was told they would handle all of it. It has been over a month and nothing has happened. I call and can't leave a voicemail. I have spoken to the manager since and he said he would handle it but I haven't heard a word. No one is getting back to me. I can't even be excited about this vehicle with parts missing on the exterior. So I will have to correct these issues myself.
Update: We have given them several chances to get their service dept up to par. But our last visit will be our last! Time after time they can not complete a service job completely and thoroughly, let alone on time.
I have had my truck to the Berlin chevy service dept on 3 different occasions. 1. I was charged $380 for an oil change and fuel filter change and some minor warranty work which took 3 days 2. Back for the same warranty work which took 2-3 days to complete 3. had truck in for minor warranty work on heated seat, check engine light, remote start and ez close tailgate, this took 4 working days to complete with no communication at the end of each day as to what the status was of my vehicle. I had to call at the end of each day only to be let down again . This is by far the worst service dept that I have ever dealt with. High turnover of employees, lack of knowledge of the product and lack of communication. Communication would have made this situation 100% better even if they didnt have good news for me
