I contacted hileman realty because I was recommended by a friend. I wanted to rent my ocean pines home seasonally. Once I spoke with her,( Ms hileman) I was optimistic. Then after a few months of not hearing anything from her I contacted her again, she even took a key and promised she would be in touch with decorators to help get my place set up. To this date I have not heard from her or her office.its been 8 months. It seems if you're not in her circle of friends she doesn't want your business. Very stuck up. Will lie to your face. I highly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of up and coming rental management companies. This place doesn't need any new business apparently. Don't waste your time.
