Was given a jet ski that was clearly in need of replacement as it was several years old. Was not recompensated for a very poor service and experience. 25 minutes of the 1 hour is spent in a 5 mph zone. If you want a real jet ski experience I would go elsewhere.
One of the kids working left a dog in the trailer they operate out of. Dog was barking uncontrollably and I genuinely feared for its wellbeing. When they came back the dog's owner assured me that it was fine. Lucky I didn't call the cops.
This was the best time I have ever had on a vacation. The costumer service was impecable and I am definitely going to recommend this company to friends!!! 10/10
