THE WORST company we've ever had to deal with. Spent over $5,000 for a new furnace system, a few months after the 2 year warranty it was broken. They came out over 7 times, each time a new excuse why it wasn't working and they were very very rude! We got fed up and called the manufacturer. Come to find out the manufacturer fired them as an authorized dealer because they had screwed so many people over. The manufacturer was good enough to come out and see what they could do even though it was after the warranty and they said that Timmons completely installed the system incorrectly and it was one of the worst installs they had ever seen and the entire system needed replaced again! They also said they had many of these problems in the area with Timmons. Luckily the manufacturer gave us all the parts for free we just had to pay another HVAC company to install it. Still had to spend quite a bit of money. DO NOT USE these liars, they have no clue how to do anything, trust me GO elsewhere!!!
