After 3 calls to company and a over a month later, not a peep on filter sizes. Angela with Customer Service has been great taking my calls and advising I would hear from someone but alas, NO call back, zip / zero.
I will continue with agreement for this year, but will NOT renew.
Save your money and look for another company .. This one is great on selling service package but does NOT follow through. Dustyn (technician) serviced heating and air system as contracted on 5/2/16 and since I also have a HPA System, he advised company would replace filters, if I purchased during fall service, which is understandable. However, Dustyn took measurements of filters I should buy and never sent me the info ;(
