Could not have been more responsive, I called a couple of different outfits and was very disappointed, but when I called Ocean Breeze, they were there when they said they would be. I called an asked for a bill and they said that due to the nature of the repair they wanted the unit to run a bit in colder weather. I couldn't believe it, most companies would have sent an invoice and then another if they had to return.
