The customer service at this location was great .They were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions and even gave me a discount. Definitely coming back to this store if I have any other questions or issues.
Bought two expensive chargers for $35 a piece, told me it was warranty. What of crock of crap! Brought in one of my chargers and after the associate looked at it he asked for my info. He wanted to make sure I was still within my one year warranty (which I was). After seeing that I was he says sorry no warranty because it's broken. Smh, what's the warranty good for? If it was broken upon your review why not just tell me at that moment. Why pull up my info to make sure I was under warranty. Point is he knew he had to replace it, he didn't want too. I know this because a friend of mine had the same issue and they replaced it. Smh, Never shopping there again and will definitely turn people away from this place. I've never written a bad review before, so good job guys. You are number one in horrible promises on expensive ass chargers.
