Painless, absolutely painless. Dr. Russell is outstanding. He personally called this morning to check on how I was doing. His technician was very customer focused. The front office staff was wonderful. All in all, an excellent experience. An added feature: what music did I want to listen to? Thought I could fool them and said Donna Summer. Immediately, Donna was on their system. Great!

Dr. Russell was attentive to all of my questions and concerns and really reduced any anxiety I may have had prior to the procedure. He explained all of the options so clearly and took time to answer all of my questions. The assistants, April and Leslie, were so helpful with the insurance and making me comfortable.
