The carwash machinery does a very good job. Though, the personnel that dry off the autos; unfortunately, are NOT supplied with quality towels to wick away the water. They simply create a smear job.
Gentleman who runs car wash is extremely polite and makes sure you are satisfied with washes. Have been here 100+ times and I recommend this place to anyone with a dirty car. Very reasonable prices.
They usually do a good job when they're not overly busy. Friendly service.
Do NOT go here. Almost $300 worth of stuff stolen out of my vehicle. One the sign out front "not repsonsible for stolen items"
Avoid at all costs. Scratches down the contour part of my hood on my NEW car and other scratches on the hood elsewhere. The manager denied responsibility and hid inside the car wash. I took the car immediately to a detailer. He confirmed the scratches in the clearcoat were fresh and that he had worked on other cars that had damage from Berlin Auto Wash. Unfortunately, the gouges were so deep they could not be buffed out. The manager laughed at us and said 'Do what you want". My hood has to be repainted. Locals BEWARE. It's not worth the risk!
