Would give a 0 if I could. I am down here on vacation and stopped bye the pnc to get cash out. I put my card in the machine and it made a funny noise and then said out of order. It wouldn't give me my card back. I went inside and the teller had my card but refused to give it back. She said it was against their policy because I was not a pnc customer. She kept saying the ATM confiscated my card for a reason....it wasn't stollen. I could verify my ID. I had my PIN. they could have called my bank. They left me with no debit card or cash while out of town, alone with two young kids. The whole situation was ridiculous. The people who work here are incompetent.
I called near close of business today with a problem and the call was answered promptly by Adam. He was very helpful and took the time to reach out for assistance to try and help me. I was very pleased with the service.
Worse customer service ever, waited for 20 minutes just to have a teller tell me the wait in more than and hour because the people in front of me. Thankfully I don't come down here I would have close my accounts with them. Just rude please have a coffee in the morning if that help
