We had the worst first time experience at that office. I would not recommend anyone going there. Our tax lady was nice her name was Pam, but the lady that works at the front desk, was very rude, and had a very nasty attitude. She was going to charge us 280.00 for our service when we didn't even use all the service. Our tax lady took off 40.00 for a service we didn't use. And wanted us to pay the amount up front, instead of having our payment come out of our taxes, she yelled at us saying that we should have told our tax lady in the beginning. When we didn't finalize our taxes due to getting some extra paper work for Mrs pam to look over. So in the end we paid 240.00 for our service, along with some nasty, distasteful attitude. Never again.
Choose another H&R Block Office, don't chose that one. Will be reporting that one for sure. And as for the other workers who turned around to look at her, never said a word. People who do that are no better than the person acting inappropriate. Mrs pam apologize to us for her behavior, but that was not her job. Just saying. H&R Block have a meeting with your employees bad behavior is unacceptable in the work place.

I filed my taxes here last year, it was overpriced. I ended up paying like 300!!! Short form is $85 dollars... My friend went to a accountant and charged him $30 dollars for a short form. I will not file my taxes here again!
